You can go on wonderful hikes directly from the house. For example to the Zimaitalm, which is open in the summer months, or for those who are looking for more challenging tours, to the Scheibenberg or the Karspitze.
In autumn, the area is particularly popular because of the numerous Törggelen inns. Törggelen is one of the most beautiful culinary traditions in South Tyrol. When the grape harvest is over, inns, wine taverns and cellars invite you to savour tasty dishes. Just 15 minutes away by car, the town of Brixen invites you to go shopping. The beautiful old town is famous for its medieval buildings and in winter for the Christmas market.
The house is situated high above the valley basin of Brixen at 1450 metres above sea level in a very quiet, dreamlike secluded location in the mountain hamlet of Spiluck.
From the house you have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains of South Tyrol (Villnösser and Aferer Geisler).
Just a few minutes’ walk away are two small, rustic inns where you can savour regional dishes.
The house was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2019.
Sheep are kept in the outbuilding.
